Empowering communities with ESOL and digital skills
Discover our ESOL with digital skills programme, designed to build confidence, independence, and connections within the community. Join us to learn, grow, and navigate everyday life with new abilities.
Why our programme stands out
At Community Development and Growth CIC, our ESOL with digital skills programme is specifically designed to support individuals from disadvantaged and underserved communities. We help those facing barriers due to limited English and low digital skills, including people from migrant and minority ethnic backgrounds, parents, women, and individuals experiencing social isolation, unemployment, or low confidence. Many struggle to access essential services, support their families, or fully engage in their communities. Our programme focuses on helping those who need the most support to become more confident, independent, and better able to navigate everyday life.
Community focused
We target those most in need, including migrant families and socially isolated individuals, ensuring support reaches every corner of our community.
Practical skills
Our programme provides essential English communication and digital skills for everyday life.
Building confidence
We empower participants to become more independent, access services, and fully engage with their communities.
